On Saturday, June 10, 2023, Legends of Tennessee Football will host “The Largest Big Orange Autograph Party in Tennessee,” at The Island In Pigeon Forge. Current and former Big Orange football heroes will touch down at The Island from 5:00-6:30pm for the Second Annual Legends of Tennessee Football autograph signing event in the Compass Rose Room.
The event is free and football fans are invited to bring two items to be autographed. All fans will receive a free commemorative poster.
The family-friendly event includes special performances of “Rocky Top” and “I’m A Vol” on The Island’s Show Fountain, a free laser-light show that is performed every 30 minutes.
For those who would prefer to skip the line, the event is offering a VIP VOL experience which includes early expedited access at 3:30pm and a gift bag. A limited number of exclusive VIP tickets is available for purchase at LegendsofTennessee.org.
“This will be the last chance to get up close and personal with current Vols before the 2023 season,” said Legends of Tennessee Football co-founder and VFL, Chris Treece. “We hope the public will show up in a big way to support the Vols and have a fun-filled evening at The Island.”
Legends of Tennessee Football announced its largest football event of the year will be held in Sevier County this weekend. Former and current University of Tennessee players will hold a three-day football camp at Sevier County High School. Approximately 15 spots remain, and the camp fee is $295.
“All of us VFLs are excited about this weekend,” said Legends of Tennessee Football co-founder and VFL, Jabari “Juice” Davis. “We’re out here working hard to teach these kids not only the game of football, but how to be productive, disciplined, and well-equipped leaders of character in their communities.”
If you would like to sponsor a kid in need to attend football camp, you may donate to the camp fundraiser at legendsoftennessee.org. “We have a list of kids every year that would love to come to camp, but can’t afford it,” said Davis. “We work to raise funds to offset costs so that more kids can attend and to ensure that diverse communities are well represented.”
