LONDON, April 28 (Reuters) – UK grocery inflation fell to 3.8% in the four weeks to April 19 from 4.3% in the previous period, researcher Worldpanel by Numerator said on Tuesday, providing some relief for shoppers ahead of an expected further rise in food prices due to the Iran war.
Worldpanel said UK grocery sales increased 0.9% in the four week period year-on-year.
