JOHANNESBURG, June 17 (Reuters) – South Africa’s Democratic Alliance leader Geordin Hill-Lewis has asked President Cyril Ramaphosa for changes to his party’s representatives in the cabinet, the second-biggest party in the governing coalition said on Wednesday.
Among the changes, Hill-Lewis asked Ramaphosa to remove his predecessor as party leader, John Steenhuisen, as agriculture minister, and make him deputy trade minister instead, the DA said in a statement.
